Our most popular service is our PC Repair facility. Put a call into Sirona Solutions and we will diagnose your problem and arrange for an engineer to visit you at home, at a convenient time. Most problems are fixed within the hour and you can get free advice while our engineer is with you. On arrival, our engineer will confirm the fault and give you an estimate for the amount of time the repair will take.

If we discover problems that are going to take a long time to resolve, we would recommend taking your machine back to our workshop at a reduced hourly rate.  If any parts are required we can provide them and all parts provided by Sirona Solutions are covered by a 12 month warranty.  If you would prefer to supply your own parts, just give us a call once you have them and we can return to install them.  We charge a £45 call-out fee, which includes the first hour’s labour. If work continues past the first hour we charge only £20 per additional half-hour.

Sometimes the best thing to do to a troublesome computer is to re-install Windows. This can be a time consuming and complicated task, especially when you’ve got data on your PC that you want to keep. We will arrange to collect your PC and take it back to our workshop.  There we will  backup your data and do a fresh install of Windows and all your applications. We will then ensure all your data is back in its original location and you will be left with a beautifully running system. Alternatively you can drop your computer off at our workshop and save 10% off the list price.
